Stable Mats have proved to be of great benefit to equestrian users, but one of the few drawbacks has been the problem of urine penetrating the joints and seeping underneath resulting in a strong unpleasant smell. Traditional stable mats are heavy to lift and it is a nasty job to remove them to disinfect underneath.
HorseMatsPlus has overcome this problem with a specially formulated resin that not only bonds permanently but fills any joints or gaps. HorseMatsPlus also adds an adhesive to ensure a complete seal.
HorseMatsPlus normally uses an 18mm bubble or easysweep mat that are bonded to the floor and to each other. The mats are then sealed around the edges to create a water tight product that will require no ongoing maintenance.
HorseMatPlus also provides a optional 40mm doorseal edge protection ramp which prevents tripping.
